การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินชีวิตตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของข้าราชการ กรมยุทธศึกษาทหารบก เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินชีวิตตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของข้าราชการ กรมยุทธศึกษาทหารบก จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และเพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางการดำเนินชีวิตตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงให้กับข้าราชการกรมยุทธศึกษาทหารบก กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ข้าราชการกรมยุทธศึกษาทหารบก เขตดุสิต กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 226 คน เก็บรวมรวมข้อมูล โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test, F test และเปรียบเทียบเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธี Least-Significant Different (LSD) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ข้าราชการกรมยุทธศึกษาทหารบก ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุระหว่าง 20-30 ปี สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สถานภาพโสด มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 25,001 บาท ขึ้นไป มีระดับชั้นยศสิบตรี-จ่าสิบเอก (พิเศษ) และมีประสบการณ์ทำงานตั้งแต่ 15 ปี ขึ้นไป ข้าราชการกรมยุทธศึกษาทหารบก มีการดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีระดับการปฏิบัติด้านคุณธรรมมากที่สุด จากการเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของข้าราชการกรมยุทธศึกษาทหารบก ที่มีเพศ และประสบการณ์การทำงานต่างกัน ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนผู้ที่มีอายุ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพสมรส รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และชั้นยศต่างกัน มีการดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 การนำหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของพระมหากษัตริย์ รัชกาลที่ 9 มาใช้ในการดำรงชีวิตประจำวัน เพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพชีวิตให้ดีขึ้น ข้าราชการกรมยุทธศึกษาทหารบกมีความคิดเห็นเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกันว่า ข้าราชการกรมยุทธศึกษาทหารบก ควรน้อมนำหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวภูมิพลอดุลยเดช รัชกาลที่ 9 มาใช้ในการดำเนินชีวิต จะทำให้คุณภาพชีวิตของกำลังพลดีขึ้น สามารถลดปัญหาหนี้สินได้ และจะไม่เป็นการก่อหนี้ในอนาคตด้วย
The purposes of this research were to study the ways of living based on Sufficiency Economy Philosophy of the officers at the Army Training Command (ATC), to compare and categorize them by individual factors, and to offer guidelines about the concept of living by the sufficiency economy. The sample group of this research included 226 officers working at the Army Training Command, Dusit District, Bangkok. The data were collected by using questionnaires as the research instrument. The statistics used in this research were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, F test, and paired comparison by Least-Significant Different (LSD) method. The research results were as follows The Army Training Command officers mostly are male, aged between 20-30 years old, and single. Most of them are non-commissioned officers with more than 15 years of working experience, and completed Bachelor degree. The average monthly income is 25,001 Baht or above. The Army Training Command officers, as a whole, has followed the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy in their daily lives at a “high” level, especially, in term of their moral aspect, which reaches the highest level. By comparing the ways of living based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy of the Army Training Command officers by individual factors, the study shows that they do not differ by their gender and working experience. However, according to their age, educational level, marital status, average income, and ranks, there is significant different at .05 level. Regarding the implementation of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, bestowed by His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej (King Rama 9), in daily life to improve the quality of life, the samples have agreed that the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy contributes to improving their quality of life, decreasing the debt problems, and preventing from contingent liability in the future.
