การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดทำแผน พัฒนาท้องถิ่นขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตาโกน อำเภอเมืองจันทร์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นประชาชนในพื้นที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตาโกน จำนวน 380 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดทำ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผล มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.897 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test F test และ LSD ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่นขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตาโกน อำเภอเมืองจันทร์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน ประชาชนที่มีเพศ สถานภาพทางครอบครัว และอาชีพแตกต่างกัน ไม่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่นขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตาโกน อำเภอเมืองจันทร์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ส่วนประชาชนที่มีอายุ ระดับการศึกษา และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ต่างกัน ไม่มีผลต่อการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่นขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตาโกน อำเภอเมืองจันทร์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ในภาพรวม แต่พบความแตกต่างในรายด้าน ดังนี้ ในด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ โดยพบในประชาชนที่มีรายได้ต่อเดือนและอายุต่างกัน และในด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติพบความแตกต่างในประชาชนที่มีอายุต่างกัน อีกทั้งพบความแตกต่างในด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผลในกลุ่มที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน
This study aimed to study the people's participation in local development planning of administrative organization, Takon sub-district, Mueang Chan district, Sisaket province. Samples consisted 380 persons by using questionnaire in 4 aspects; participation in decision-making, participation in preparation, participation in action, and participation in evaluation. The questionnaire has a reliability of 0.897. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, F test, and LSD. The results revealed that the people's participation in local development planning of administrative organization, Takon sub-district, Mueang Chan district, Sisaket province was at a “moderate” level in every aspect. Gender, family status, and occupation had no influence on their participation. And age, education level, and monthly income had no influence on their participation in overall, but found significantly difference in some aspects, as follows the aspect of participation in decision-making found difference in the respondents who have different monthly income and different age; the aspect of participation in action found difference in the ones who have different age; and the aspect of participation in evaluation found difference in the ones who have different education level.
