การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นําการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษา 2) ระดับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นําการเปลี่ยนแปลง ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลการบริหารสถานศึกษา และ 4) ภาวะผู้นําการเปลี่ยนแปลงของ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูโรงเรียน สังกัดสํานักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2565 จํานวน 323 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานสัมประสิทธิ์ สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และวิเคราะห์ตัวแปรพยากรณ์ที่สามารถพยากรณ์ โดยใช้สถิติการถดถอย พหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นําการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมมี ความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ใน ระดับปานกลาง 3) ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการภาวะผู้นําการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 2 มีค่าอยู่ระหว่าง 911 - 924 มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกอยู่ในระดับสูง (rxy = .961) กับ ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 2 อย่างมี นัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ 4) ตัวแปรพยากรณ์ที่ดีของประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัด สํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 2 มีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยทั้ง 4 ด้าน ได้ร่วมกันพยากรณ์ ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ฉะเชิงเทรา เขต 2 ได้ร้อยละ 92.30 ซึ่งสามารถเขียนสมการพยากรณ์
This research aimed to study 1) the level of transformational leadership of school administrators; 2) the level of effectiveness of schools; 3) the relationship between transformational leadership of School administrators and schools effectiveness; and 4) the transformational leadership of school administrators affecting schools effectiveness under the Chachoengsao Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The sample consisted of 323 school administrators and teachers under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in academic year 2022. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics were used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient and Stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results findings found that 1) The level of transformational leadership of school administrators affecting school effectiveness under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, in overall was at a moderating level. 2) The level of effectiveness of school under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, in overall was at a moderating level. 3) The relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators affecting schools effectiveness under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was between .911 - .924 was a high positive correlation (r = .961) with the statistical significant level of .01, and 4) Forecasting equations high ability variables of schools effectiveness under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were with the statistically significance level of .01. They had predicted schools effectiveness under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 at 92.30 percent which could be written
