การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับพฤติกรรมและภาวะผู้นําเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก และ 2) ความสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างพฤติกรรมของผู้บริหารกับภาวะผู้นําเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ รองผู้อํานวยการ และครูในสังกัดสํานักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก ปีการศึกษา 2565 จํานวน 336 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม เป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ใน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของ เพียร์สัน (Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ระดับพฤติกรรมและภาวะผู้นําเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. พฤติกรรมของผู้บริหารทุกด้านมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับภาวะผู้นําเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครนายก โดยภาพรวมและราย ด้านมีความสัมพันธ์ในทางบวก อยู่ในระดับสูง
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of behaviors and creative leadership of school administrators under the Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office. 2) to study the correlation between behaviors and creative leadership of school administrators under the Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office. The sample were 336 of deputy directors and teachers under the Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office, the academic year 2022. The instrument used was 5-rating scale questionnaire with reliability was .97. The statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and pearson product-moment correlation coefficient. The results were as follows 1. The level of behaviors and creative leadership of school administrators under the Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office, in overall and each aspect were at the highest level. 2. All aspects of behaviors were positively correlate with creative leadership of school administrators under the Nakhon Nayok Primary Educational Service Area Office, in overall and each aspect were positively correlate at a high level.
