การวิจัยนี้วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบระดับการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการเสริมสร้าง สมรรถนะในงานของครูโรงเรียนเอกชน อําเภอลําลูกกา จังหวัดปทุมธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน อําเภอลําลูกกา จังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยกําหนดขนาดตัวอย่าง จากตารางของ เครจซี และ มอร์แกน (Krejcie; & Morgan. 1970 608) ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ และวิธีสุ่มอย่างง่าย โดยวิธีการจับ ฉลาก จํานวนทั้งสิ้น 288 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยนี้ คือ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ค่าความเที่ยงตรง (IOC) อยู่ระหว่าง .80-1 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยความถี่ การหาค่าร้อยละ การหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะในงานของครูโรงเรียนเอกชน อําเภอลําลูกกา จังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านความร่วมมือจากชุมชน ด้านภาวะ ผู้นํา ด้านการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนาผู้เรียน ด้านการวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์และการ วิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาผู้เรียน และด้านการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียน 2. การเปรียบเทียบระดับการปฏิบัติในการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะในงานของครูโรงเรียนเอกชน อําเภอลําลูกกา จังหวัดปทุมธานี จําแนกตามระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทํางานและขนาดของ สถานศึกษา มีการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะครูโดยภาพรวม และรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the levels of enhancement competency in the work of teachers in private schools, Lam Luk Ka District, Pathumthani Province. The sample was 288 teachers in Lam Luk Ka District, Pathumthani province determined from the table of Kracie and Morgan (1970 608) by stratified random sampling and simple random sampling. The research instrument was 5-rating scale questionnaire with IOC value .80-1 and a reliability value of .95. The statistics used data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and One-way ANOVA. The results showed that 1. Enhancing teacher's job competency in the private schools, Lam Luk Ka District, Pathumthani province, as a whole, was at a high level. Sorted from the most to the least, including the cooperation from the community.
