การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นําทางวิชาการในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษา และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นําทางวิชาการในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จําแนกตามระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทํางาน และขนาดสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครู โรงเรียนกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตปิยมิตร สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี จํานวน 336 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามมีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตรประมาณค่ามี 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของ แบบสอบถามเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดี่ยว (One-way ANOVA) การทดสอบ ความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ โดยใช้วิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe' method) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นําทางวิชาการในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตปิยมิตร สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นําทางวิชาการในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่ม สหวิทยาเขตปิยมิตร สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี จําแนกตามระดับการ ศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทํางาน และขนาดของสถานศึกษา เป็นดังนี้ 2.1 ภาวะผู้นําทางวิชาการในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูที่มีระดับการศึกษา ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2.2 ภาวะผู้นําทางวิชาการในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูที่มีประสบการณ์ ในการทํางานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นราย ด้าน พบว่า ด้านการเป็นผู้นําทางเทคโนโลยี และด้านการทํางานเป็นทีมไม่แตกต่างกัน นอกนั้นแตกต่าง กันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2.3 ภาวะผู้นําทางวิชาการในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูที่ทํางานใน สถานศึกษาที่มีขนาดต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทาง สถิติที่ระดับ .05
The objectives of this research were 1) to study academic leadership in 21st century of school administrators and 2) to compare academic leadership in the 21st century of school administrators in Piyamit consortium under the Pathumthani Secondary Education Service Area Office, classified by education level, work experience and school size. The sample was 336 teachers in schools of Piyamit consortium under the Pathumthani Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The instrument was 5 rating scale, questionnaire with a reliability was .97. The statistics used to research were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-way ANOVA and Scheffe's method The research results revealed that 1. Academic leadership in 21st century of school administrators in Piyamit consortium under the Pathumthani Secondary Education Service Area Office. 2. Academic leadership in 21st century of school administrators in Piyamit consortium under the Pathumthani Secondary Education Service Area Office, classified by education level, work experience and school size were as follows. 2.1 The teachers' opinions towards academic leadership in 21st century of school administrators of different education level, in overall and each aspect were statistical different significantly at the .05 level. 2.2 The teachers' opinions towards academic leadership in 21st century of school administrators of different work experience, in overall was no different when considering technological leadership and teamwork, the results showed that it was no different. In other aspects were statistically significant different at the .05 level. 2.3 The teachers' opinion towards academic leadership in 21st century of school administrators of different school size, in overall and each aspect were different statistically different significant at the .05 level.
