การวิจัยเรื่องการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการบริหารตามหลัก ธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จําแนกตาม เพศ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานและขนาดของโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม มีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า มี 5 ระดับ มีค่าความ เชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที (t-test) แบบ Independent sample การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดี่ยว (One-way ANOVA) และการทดสอบรายคู่โดยใช้วิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe' test) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาตราด โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. การเปรียบเทียบการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สังกัดสํานักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด ตามความคิดเห็นของครู จําแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน และขนาดของโรงเรียน พบว่า 2.1 การบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวม ครูที่มีเพศต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 2.2 การบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวม ครูที่ระดับการ ศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน 2.3 การบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหาร โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน ครูที่มี ประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 2.4 การบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน ครู ที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนขนาดต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ยกเว้นด้านความโปร่งใส ที่ความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purpose of this research was to study and compare administration based on good governance of school administrators under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by gender, education level, working-experience, and school size. The instrument used was 5 levels of rating scale questionnaire which reliability was .98. The statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test for independent sample, One-way ANOVA, and paired tests using Scheffe's test. The results of this study were as follows 1. Administration based on good governance of school administrators, in overall and each aspect was the highest level. 2. Comparison of administration based on good governance of school administrators, classified by gender, education level, working-experience, and school size were as following 2.1 Administration based on good governance of school administrators, the opinion of teachers who were different in gender, in overall was statistically significant different at the .01 level. 2.2 Administration based on good governance of school administrators, the opinion of teachers who were different in education level, in overall there was no different. 2.3 Administration based on good governance of school administrators, the opinion of teachers who were different in working-experience, in overall and each aspect were statistically significant different at the .01 level. 2.4 Administration based on good governance of school administrators, the opinion of teachers who worked in different school size, in overall and each aspect were statistically significant different at the .01 level. Unless the aspect of Accountability, the opinion of teachers who worked in different school size, was no different.
