บทคัดย่อ (ภาษาไทย)

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการของครูใน สถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด และ 2) เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วม ในการบริหารงานวิชาการของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จําแนกตามระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน และขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาตราด จํานวน 300 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ (Stratified sampling) และสุ่ม อย่างง่ายโดยวิธีการจับฉลาก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสถิติค่าที (t-test) และค่าเอฟ (F test) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด โดยภาพรวม การมีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน การมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารวิชาการของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัด สํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด ด้านการพัฒนาหรือการดําเนินการเกี่ยวกับการให้ ความเห็นการพัฒนาสาระหลักสูตรท้องถิ่น และด้านการวางแผนงานด้านวิชาการ แตกต่างกัน อย่างมี นัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 แต่ด้านอื่น ๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน ประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานต่างกัน การ มีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารวิชาการของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ตราด พบว่าด้านการพัฒนาหรือการดําเนินการเกี่ยวกับการให้ความเห็นการพัฒนาสาระหลักสูตรท้องถิ่น แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 แต่ด้านอื่น ๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน ขนาดของสถานศึกษา ต่างกัน การมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารวิชาการของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาตราด พบว่า ด้านการพัฒนาหรือการดําเนินการเกี่ยวกับการให้ความเห็นการพัฒนาสาระ หลักสูตรท้องถิ่น แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญที่ระดับ .05 แต่ด้านอื่น ด้านอื่น ๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน

Abstract (English)

The objectives of this research were 1) To study the participation in academic administration of teachers in schools under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2) To compare teachers' participation in academic administration in schools under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by work experience education level and the size of the schools. The sample used in this study were 300 school administrators and teachers under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area, by stratified random sampling and simple random sampling by drawing lots. Tools used in this research was a questionnaire. The statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F test. The results showed that 1. Participation in academic administration of teachers in schools under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office, overall, the participation was at a high level. 2. Different levels of education Participation in academic administration of teachers in schools under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office, development or operation related to providing opinions on local curriculum development and academic planning were statistically significant different at the .05 level, but other aspects were not different. The operational experience different, participation in academic administration of teachers in schools under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office found that the development or the operation concerning giving opinions on local curriculum development were statistically significant different at the .05 level, but other aspects were not different, school sizes different, Participation in academic administration of teachers in schools under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office found that development or operation related to providing opinions on local curriculum development statistically significant different at the .05 level, but other aspects were not different.
