การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ภาวะผู้นําของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัด สํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 2) แรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู สังกัด สํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นํา ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ครูในสังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 จํานวน 320 คน การกําหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้ตารางเทียบ หากลุ่มตัวอย่างของ เครจซี และ มอร์แกน การสุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson product moment correlation coefficient) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นําของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ปทุมธานี เขต 2 พบว่า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. แรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ปทุมธานี เขต 2 พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นําของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงาน ของครู สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 พบว่า โดยรวมมีความ สัมพันธ์กันเชิงบวกในระดับต่ําอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The purposes of this study were 1) to examine the leadership of school administrators under the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) to examine teacher's work motivation in the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and 3) to study the relationship between the leadership of school administrators and teacher's work motivation under the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample was 320 teachers under the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, sample size using Krejcie and Morgan table by was stratified random sampling. The tool for collecting data was questionnaires. the statistic used in analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient. The results of this study indicated that 1. The overall of the leadership of school administrators under the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at a high level. 2. The overall of the teacher's work motivation under the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at a high level. 3. The relationship between the leadership of school administrators and teacher's work motivation under the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was positively in the low level with the statistically significant at .05 level.
