การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการดําเนินงานนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการดําเนินงานนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจําแนกตามสถานภาพส่วนบุคคล และเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางพัฒนาการดําเนินงานนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสํานักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 จํานวน 291 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการดําเนินงานนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และแบบสัมภาษณ์แนว ทางการพัฒนาการดําเนินการนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหาร สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าเอฟ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว และทดสอบรายคู่ โดยใช้วิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe' test) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) การดําเนินงานนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสํานักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการ ดําเนินงานนิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จําแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทํางาน พบว่า โดย ภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน และจําแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา พบว่า การดําเนินงาน นิเทศภายในของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่พบความแตกต่างในด้านการ ปฏิบัติการนิเทศ ที่ระดับนัยสําคัญ .05 และ 3) แนวทางการพัฒนาการดําเนินงานนิเทศภายใน ผู้บริหารควรมีการวิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหาจัดลําดับความจําเป็นในการปรับปรุงและพัฒนากําหนด ขอบเขตความรับผิดชอบ ประชุมจัดทําแผนปฏิบัติการนิเทศ สร้างความเป็นกันเองระหว่างผู้ให้การ นิเทศและผู้รับการนิเทศ กํากับและติดตามผลให้เป็นไปอย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพ
This study aimed to examine an internal supervision operation of the school administrators; compare the internal supervision operation, classified by personal status, and study guidelines for development the internal supervision operation of the school administrators Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The samples were 291 teachers under the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The instruments used were a questionnaire about the internal supervision operations of the school administrators and an interview form for the development approach of the internal supervision operation. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, F test, One-way ANOVA, and paired tests using Scheffe's test. The results of the study were as follows 1) The internal supervision operation of the school administrators, the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at a high level in every aspect. 2) Comparative result of the internal supervision operation of the school administrators under the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by working experience, it was found that in overall and each aspect were not significant different, and classified by school size; it was found that in overall was not significant different, but found significantly difference at the .05 level in the aspect of operational supervision. And 3) Guidelines for the development of internal supervision operation, school administrators should analyze the causes of problems, prioritize the need for improvement and development, define the scope of responsibility, hold a meeting to prepare a supervision action plan, and build a friendly relationship between the supervisor and the supervisee, supervise and monitor results for consistent and effective.
