การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นําของผู้บริหาร 2) ศึกษาการปฏิบัติงานของ ครูผู้สอน 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นําของผู้บริหารกับการปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอน และ 4) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นําของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอน โรงเรียนในอําเภอพระสมุทรเจดีย์ สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียน ในอําเภอพระสมุทรเจดีย์ ปีการศึกษา 2565 จํานวน 336 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิและการสุ่มอย่าง ง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วน เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นําของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง 2) การปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ภาวะผู้นําของผู้บริหารกับ การปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอน มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก อยู่ในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ 4) ตัวแปรพยากรณ์ที่ดีของประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนในอําเภอพระสมุทรเจดีย์ สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่ พื้นที่การศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1 ด้านภาวะผู้นําเชิงกลยุทธ์ (x3) ด้านภาวะผู้นํา เชิงสร้างสรรค์ (x4) ด้านภาวะผู้นําทางเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (x5) มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงเส้นตรงกับการ ปฏิบัติงานของครูผู้สอนอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยทั้ง 3 ตัวได้ร่วมพยากรณ์ การปฏิบัติงาน ของครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนในอําเภอพระสมุทรเจดีย์ ได้ร้อยละ 96.60 สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ Y = -.010+.613X,+.202X5+.188X3 สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน ZY =.612Z +. +.218Z5+.196Z3
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the leadership of school administrators 2) to study the teachers' performance. 3) to study the relationship between the leadership of school administrators and the teachers' performance of school and 4) to study the leadership of school administrators affecting the teachers' performance in Phasamutchedi District under the Samutprakan Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group was 336 school teachers in Phasamutchedi District, academic year 2022, The tools used in this research were questionnaires Statistics were used in data analysis were mean, standard deviation, Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient and Stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research findings were as follows 1) The level of leadership of school administrators in overall was at a moderate level. 2) The level of teachers' performance in overall was at a high level, 3) The leadership of school administrators and teachers' performance had a positive relationship and was at a high level statistically significant at the .01 level, and 4) the variables good predictor the school effectiveness in Phasamutchedi District under the Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; Strategic Leadership (X3), Creative Leadership (X4), Information Technology Leadership (X5) had a linear relationship with the teachers performance statistically significant at the .01 level. There were 3 variables joint predictors the teachers' performance in school, Phasamutchedi District was 96.60 percent.
