การวิจัยเรื่อง การบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสํานักงานเขตบางเขน กรุงเทพมหานคร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารถานศึกษา จําแนกตามสถานภาพ 3) ศึกษาแนวทาง ในการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารถานศึกษาในสังกัดสํานักงานเขตบางเขน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนสังกัดสํานักงานเขตบางเขน กรุงเทพมหานคร จํานวน 165 คน กําหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางของ เครจซี และ มอร์แกน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น และ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่ง โครงสร้างและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สําเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที่ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทาง เดียว และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสํานักงานเขตบางเขน กรุงเทพมหานคร ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสํานักงานเขต บางเขนกรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่า ครูผู้สอนที่มีเพศ ประสบการณ์การทํางาน และระดับการศึกษา โดยรวม และรายด้านทุกด้าน พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. แนวทางในการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการ คือ 1) วิเคราะห์หลักสูตรแกนกลางและมี หลักสูตรสถานศึกษาที่ได้จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลให้สอดคล้องกับบริบท 2) จัดการเรียนรู้และจัด กระบวนการเรียนรู้ที่หลากหลาย ยืดหยุ่นตามความสนใจความถนัดของผู้เรียน 3) ส่งเสริมการพัฒนา เทคนิคให้กับบุคลากรภายในสถานศึกษาให้ได้รับการพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง และ 4) วิเคราะห์ ความจําเป็นการใช้และ สนับสนุนการผลิตสื่อและเทคโนโลยีทุกรูปแบบภายในสถานศึกษาและขอรับ การสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานภายนอก
This research was the academic administration of school administrators under the Bang Khen District Office of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The purposes of this research were to 1) to study the academic administration of school administrators. 2) to compare the academic administration of school administrators classified by status, and 3) to study the guidelines for the development of academic administration of school administrators under the Bang Khen District Office. The sample group includes 165 teachers of schools under the Bangkhen District Office, by a stratified random sampling method. The sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan's table. The data was collected by a 5-rating scale questionnaire, semi-structured interview form, and analyze the data with a computer program. Statistics used for data analysis include statistics used in analyze data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA (F test), and content analysis. The findings were as follows 1. The academic administration of educational institution administrators under the Bang Khen District Office of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, in the overall and each aspect were at a high level. 2. The comparison of the academic administration of school administrators under the Bang Khen District Office of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration classified by gender, work experience, and educational levels found not significantly difference. 3. The guidelines for developing academic administration were as follows 1) Analyze the core curriculum and have your own school curriculums derived from data analysis to conform to student contexts. 2) Design and organize a variety of learning processes. Flexible according to the interests and attitudes of the learners. 3) Promote the development of techniques for personnel within schools to achieve continuous self-development, and 4) Analyze the need for use and support the production of media and all forms of technology within schools and seek support from external agencies.
