การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารในศตวรรษที่ 21 ตามการรับรู้ของครู และ 2) เปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารในศตวรรษที่ 21 ตาม การรับรู้ของครู จําแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทํางาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูใน สังกัดสํานักงานเขตบางเขน กรุงเทพมหานคร จํานวนทั้งสิ้น 165 คน จากการกําหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ตามตารางสําเร็จรูปของ เครจซี และ มอร์แกน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ ซึ่งเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา อยู่ระหว่าง 0.80-1 และมีค่าความ เชื่อมั่น 0.95 ใช้สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ การหาค่าร้อยละ การหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วน เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า t-test แบบ Independent และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทาง เดี่ยว (One-way ANOVA) ทดสอบเป็นรายคู่ตามวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe'test) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารในศตวรรษที่ 21 ตามการรับรู้ของครู โรงเรียน สังกัดสํานักงานเขตบางเขน กรุงเทพมหานคร ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เรียงจากมากไปหาน้อยดังนี้ ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ ด้านคุณธรรม และจริยธรรม ด้านบุคลิกภาพ ด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ด้านความรู้ ความสามารถ และด้านความเป็นผู้นํา 2. คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารในศตวรรษที่ 21 ตามการรับรู้ของครู โรงเรียน สังกัดสํานักงานเขตบางเขน กรุงเทพมหานคร จําแนกตาม เพศ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การ ทํางาน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยครูที่มี ประสบการณ์การทํางาน ตั้งแต่ 10 ปี ขึ้นไป มีการรับรู้คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารใน ศตวรรษที่ 21 ต่ํากว่า ครูที่มีประสบการณ์การทํางาน ตั้งแต่ 5-10 ปี และต่ํากว่า 5 ปี
The purposes of this study were 1) to study the desirable characteristics of school administrators in the 21st century in teacher's perceptions. 2) to compare the desirable characteristics of school administrators in the 21st century in teacher's perception classified by gender, education level, and working-experience. The sample group was 165 teachers in Bang khen District, Bangkok. The sample size was determined according to Krejcie; & Morgan table using stratified random sampling. The instrument used was a 5-rating scale questionnaire which had index of consistency between 0.80-1, the reliability was 0.95. The statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and paired tests using Scheffe's test method. The results of the study were as follows 1. The desirable characteristics of school administrators in the 21st century in teacher's perception, Bang Khen District, Bangkok was at a high level in all aspects, as follows visionary, moral ethics, personality, human relations, capabilities, and leadership, respectively. 2. The desirable characteristics of school administrators in the 21st century in teacher's perceptions, Bang Khen District, Bangkok, classified by gender, education level, and working- experience in overall and each aspect were that significant different at .05 level by teachers with more than 10 years of working-experience perceived desirable characteristics of school administrators in the 21st century was lower than teachers with 5-10 years and under 5 years of working- experience.
