การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการดําเนินงานนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษา และ 2) เปรียบเทียบการดําเนินงานนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา เพชรบูรณ์ เขต 3 จําแนกตามตําแหน่ง ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานและขนาดของ สถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้บริหารและครู สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา เพชรบูรณ์ เขต 3 จํานวนทั้งสิ้น 310 คน กําหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางของ เครจซี และ มอร์แกน โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่า ความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา เท่ากับ 1 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.93 โดยใช้สถิติการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที่ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่าง รายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การดําเนินงานนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต 3 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เรียงจากมาก ไปหาน้อยดังนี้ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร ด้านการเสริมสร้างประสบการณ์ทางวิชาชีพ ด้านการพัฒนา ทักษะการทํางานกลุ่ม ด้านการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน และด้านการให้ความช่วยเหลือแก่ครูโดยตรงเปรียบเทียบการดําเนินงานนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต 3 จําแนกตามตําแหน่ง โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน จําแนก ตามระดับการศึกษา โดยภาพรวม และรายด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการพัฒนาเสริมสร้างประสบการณ์ทางวิชาชีพ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร และด้านการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จําแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยภาพรวม และรายด้าน ได้แก่ ด้าน การให้ความช่วยเหลือแก่ครูโดยตรง ด้านการพัฒนาเสริมสร้างประสบการณ์ทางวิชาชีพ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร และด้านการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .05 ส่วนจําแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวม และรายด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการให้ความช่วยเหลือ แก่ครูโดยตรง ด้านการพัฒนาทักษะการทํางานกลุ่ม และด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร แตกต่างกันอย่างมี นัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The purposes of this research were to 1) study the operation of School Internal Supervision, and 2) compare the operation of School Internal Supervision under the Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, classified by position, education level, operational experience, and a school size. 310 participants were samples according to the prefabricated table of Krejcie; & Morgan (1970) and stratified random sampling. The data were collected by a 5-rating scale questionnaire with a content validity (IOC) of 1 and a reliability of 0.93. The statistics used to analyze data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe's method. The findings were as follows Operation of School Internal Supervision under the Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was at high level in total. It also found that every aspect was at a much level when considering each one. In descending order, much of them were curriculum development, professional development, group development, Action research and direct assistance. When comparing the operation of school internal supervision under the Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, classified by position, overall and each aspect was not different. Classified by level of education in overall and each aspect, namely professional development, curriculum development, and action research were statistically significant different at the .05 level. Classified by work experience in overall and each aspect, namely direct assistance, professional development, curriculum development, and action research were statistically significant different at the .05 level. Classified by the school size in overall and each aspect, namely direct assistance, group development, and curriculum development was statistically significant different at the .05 level.
