การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการบริหารงานระบบการประกันคุณภาพภายใน สถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารงาน ระบบการประกันคุณภาพภายในกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาอุทัยธานี เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครู กําหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดย ใช้ตารางของ เครจซี และ มอร์แกน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ ได้จํานวนทั้งสิ้น 190 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ความเชื่ มเชื่อมั่น 930 ค่าความเที่ยงตรง อยู่ระหว่าง 0.80-1 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันระดับมาก ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ศึกษาการบริหารงานระบบการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ใน 2. ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารงานระบบการประกันคุณภาพภายในกับประสิทธิผลของ ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุทัยธานี เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมและราย ด้านทุกด้าน มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the administration of the internal quality assurance system in the school 2) to study the effectiveness of in the school sand 3) to study the relationship between the administration of the internal quality assurance system and the effectiveness the school under Primary Educational Service Area Office Uthaithani 2. The sample groups were 190 administrators and teachers. Determine the size of the sample using Krejcie and Morgan's table by stratified random sampling, reliability value .930, IOC between 0.80-1. The tool was a 5-rating scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results were as follows 1. The administration of the internal quality assurance system as a whole was at a high level. 2. The effectiveness of the schools as a whole was at a high level. 3. The relationship between the administration of the internal quality assurance system and the effectiveness of schools under Primary Educational Service Area Office Uthaithani 2 as a whole, and each aspect were positive relationship at a high level with at .01 level of significance.
