การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี เขต 1 กําหนดตาราง เครจซี และ มอร์แกน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ จํานวนทั้งสิ้น 241 คน เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเที่ยงตรง อยู่ระหว่าง 80-1 ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 87 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐานและทดสอบค่าที่ และค่าเอฟ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การ ศึกษาสระบุ เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ 1) หลัก ความรับผิดชอบ 2) หลักคุณธรรม 3) หลักความคุ้มค่า 4) หลักการมีส่วนร่วม 5) หลักความโปร่งใส และ 6) หลักนิติธรรม 2. การเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัด สํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี เขต 1 จําแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ ทํางาน พบว่า 1) จําแนกตามเพศ โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน หลักนิติธรรม หลักคุณธรรม หลักความ โปร่งใส หลักความมีส่วนร่วม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านหลักความรับผิดชอบ และหลักความคุ้มค่าไม่แตกต่างกัน 2) จําแนกตามระดับการศึกษา พบว่าโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่ แตกต่างกัน และ 3) จําแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทํางาน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่าง ยกเว้นด้านหลักความคุ้มค่าแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญที่ระดับ .05 ดังนั้น จึงนําไปทดสอบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีเซฟเฟ่
The purpose of this research is to study and compare the administration according to the principles of good governance of school administrators. Under the Office of Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area 1, the sample group used in the research consisted of teachers in educational institutions. Under the Office of Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area, Region 1, a total of 241 people was identified by using a stratified random sampling method (Krejcie; & Morgan. 1970). The data were collected as a questionnaire with a 5-level rating scale with a validity between 80-1 and a confidence value of .87 Statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and statistics were used to analyze the data, including percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test and F test. The results showed that 1. Administration according to the principles of good governance of school administrators under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Saraburi Educational Service Area 1 in 6 areas 1) the rule of law 2) the morality 3) Transparency Principle 4) Participation principle 5) Responsibility 6) Value Principle. 2. Comparison of administration according to good governance principles of school administrators under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by gender, education level and work experience found that 1) classified by gender. Overall and in each aspect, the rule of law, morality, and transparency Participation Principles Significantly different at .05. Responsibility and the principles of value are not different, 2) classified by level of education It was found that overall and each aspect were not different, 3) classified by work experience, overall, there had no difference. Considering each aspect, it was found that overall and each aspect were not different. Except for the value, the difference was significantly at the .05 statistical level, therefore, it was used to test the pairs by the Scheffe method.
