การวิจัยครั้งนี้วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นําเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นําเชิงสร้างสรรค์ ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถม ศึกษาสระบุรี เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาสระบุรี เขต 1 จํานวนทั้งสิ้น 278 คน โดยกําหนดตารางเครจซี และ มอร์แกน โดยวิธีการ สุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้มีลักษณะเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบเลือกตอบ มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.90 ค่าความเที่ยงตรง อยู่ระหว่าง 0.80-1 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นําเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาสระบุรี เขต 1 มี 5 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ 2) ด้านการมีจินตนาการ 3) ด้านการมีความยืดหยุ่น 4) ด้านการสร้างนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยี และ 5) ด้านการมีความไว้วางใจ ทั้ง ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน 2. ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้านเรียง จากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านความสามารถในการปรับเปลี่ยนและพัฒนาสถานศึกษา ด้านความ สามารถผลิตนักเรียนให้มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูง ด้านความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาภายในสถานศึกษา และด้านความสามารถในการพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีเจตคติทางบวก 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นําเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผล ของสถานศึกษา เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา ทุกด้าน โดยภาพรวม พบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์ในระดับสูงและเป็นไปในทิศทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสําคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The purposes of this research were to study 1) a level of creative leadership of school administrators, 2) a school effectiveness, and 3) a relationship between creative leadership of school administrators and school effectiveness, under the Office of Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area 1, 278 school administrators and teachers under the Office of Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area 1, using a stratified random sampling method were samples for this study. It is a checklist questionnaire with a rating scale, 5 levels of options, with a confidence value of 0.90, a validity between 0.80-1. The statistics used in the research were frequency, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results showed that 1. Creative leadership of school administrators under the Office of Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, there are 5 aspects 1) vision, 2) imagination, 3) flexibility, 4) innovation and technology, and 5) creativity trust were at a high level in all aspects. 2. School effectiveness under the Office of Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area 1 as a whole was at a high level in all aspects, the ability to change and develop educational institutions. The ability to produce students with high academic achievement, the ability to solve problems within educational institutions, and the ability to develop students had a positive attitude, respectively. 3. The relationship between creative leadership of school administrators and school effectiveness had a high positive correlation with educational institution effectiveness in all aspects at a .01 level of significance.
