การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษา 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการ บริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่กา ที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา สระบุรี เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นครูผู้สอนของสถานศึกษา กําหนดตารางของ เครจซี และ มอร์แกน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 241 คน เครื่องมือที่ใ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวม ข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเที่ยงตรง (IOC) 0.8-1 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 997 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาสระบุรี เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่กา ที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัด สํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสระบุรี เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ในระดับสูงมาก และเป็นไปในทิศทางบวก (r = 888) อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านเป็น รายข้อพบว่า ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผล และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการดําเนินงาน อยู่ใน ระดับสูงมาก ส่วนด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการรับผลประโยชน์ และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ อยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างสูงอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between participatory administration and the effectiveness of schools affiliated with Saraburi Primary Education Service Area Office 1. For the methodology, data were collected from the sample of 241 teachers working at schools affiliated with Saraburi Primary Education Service Area Office 1. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument for data collection. Data were then analyzed using statistics to determine percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson product-moment correlation. The research results revealed that 1. The participatory administration of school administrators affiliated with Saraburi Primary Education Service Area Office 1 was at a high level. For the overall and in each aspect. 2. The effectiveness of schools affiliated with Saraburi Primary Education Service Area Office 1 was at the high level. For the overall and in each aspect. 3. Overall relationship between participatory administration and the effectiveness of schools affiliated with Saraburi Primary Education Service Area Office 1 was positive at a high level (r = .888) with a statistical significance level of .01. When individual aspects were considered, aspects with the very high mean were Participation in the evaluation and Participation in operations. Participation in receiving benefits and Participation in decision- making were at a relatively high level with the participatory administration with a statistical significance level of .01.
