การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นําทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นําทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา อําเภอเมืองตราด สังกัด สํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน จํานวน 294 คน เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สําเร็จรูป โดยการหา ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และการทดสอบที (t-test) การทดสอบความแปรปรวน ทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นําทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา อําเภอเมืองตราด สังกัดสํานักงานเขต พื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ภาวะผู้นําทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา อําเภอเมืองตราด สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จําแนกตามระดับการศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน จําแนก ตามประสบการณ์ในการทํางาน พบว่า โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นด้านการนิเทศและ การประเมินผลการสอนของครู แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และจําแนกตามขนาด ของสถานศึกษา พบว่า แตกต่างกันระดับนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ .01 และด้านการพัฒนาและ สร้างมาตรฐานด้านวิชาการ มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ข้อเสนอแนะภาวะผู้นําทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา อําเภอเมืองตราด สังกัด สํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรกํากับ ดูแล ติดตาม ให้ครูจัดทําแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ให้สอดคล้องกับจุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร และผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ควรส่งเสริม สนับสนุนสื่อ อุปกรณ์การสอนให้เพียงพอต่อผู้เรียน
This aimed of the research was to study, compare the conditions of the academic leadership and to study guidelines for developing academic leadership of school administrators in Mueang Trat District under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office. The sample was 294 teachers. The tools were questionnaire. The program analyze data using mean, S.D., t-test and One-way ANOVA and content analysis. The results of the study proposed that 1. The academic leadership of the school administrators in Mueang Trat District under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office, in overall and each aspect were at a high level. 2. Academic Leadership of School Administrators in Mueang Trat District under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by education level in overall and each aspect not different, classified by work experience in overall and each aspect were not different, except supervision and teaching results evaluation was statistically significant difference at the .05, and classified by the school size found that were statistically significant different at the .05 and .01 level, and development and create academic standard not different opinions. 3. The Recommendations for the academic leadership of the School Mueang Trat District under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office, was the leader of the school should direct and follow up teachers to prepare learning management plans according to curriculum. School administrators should promote and support teaching materials and equipment sufficiently for learners.
