การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบระดับภาวะผู้นําการเปลี่ยนแปลง สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี จําแนกตามของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสถานภาพส่วนบุคคล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ได้แก่ ครูสังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา ปทุมธานี จํานวน 321 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จํานวน 60 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .99 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที่ และค่าเอฟ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ระดับภาวะผู้นําการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก และมากที่สุด ตามลําดับดังนี้ 1) ด้านการมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) ด้าน การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3) ด้านการกระตุ้นทางปัญญา อยู่ในระดับมาก และ 4) ด้านการคํานึงถึงความแตกต่างระหว่างบุคคล อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นของครูต่อภาวะผู้นําการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี พบว่า จําแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทํางาน ในภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จําแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา พบว่า ในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research aimed to study and compare of the transformational leadership of the school administrators under the Phathumthani Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phathumthani, classified by personal factors. Samples consisted of 321 teachers under the Phathumthani Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The research instrument was a 5- rating scale questionnaire, 60 items with reliability coefficient of .99. The statistics of data analysis were percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F test. The finding revealed that; 1. Overall, the transformational leadership of school administrators under the Phathumthani Secondary Educational Service Area Office was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at the high level and highest level, as follows 1) Idealized influence was at the highest level. 2) Inspiration motivation was at the highest level. 3) Intellectual stimulation was at a high level. 4) Individualized consideration was at a high level, respectively. 2. The finding on comparison of the teacher opinions toward the transformational leadership of the school administrators under the Phathumthani Secondary Educational Service Area Office, classified by gender, age, education level, work experience in overall was statistically significant different at .05 level, classified by school size in overall not different.
