การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการบริหารงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของ โรงเรียนในอําเภอบ่อไร่ และ 2) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนใน อําเภอบ่อไร่ จําแนกตามสถานภาพทั่วไป กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและ ครู ปีการศึกษา 2565 จํานวน 145 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ แบ่งเป็น 2 ตอน ดังนี้ ตอนที่ 1 แบบสอบถามสถานภาพทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม เป็นแบบตรวจสอบรายการ ตอนที่ 2 การ บริหารงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในอําเภอบ่อไร่ เป็นแบบสอบถามลักษณะมาตรา ส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จํานวน 30 ข้อ โดยมีค่าอํานาจจําแนกรายข้อระหว่าง 0.42-0.79 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ 0.95 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สําเร็จรูป โดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบที่ การทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การบริหารงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในอําเภอบ่อไร่ สังกัดสํานักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า อยู่ใน ระดับมากที่สุด 1 ด้าน คือ ด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา อยู่ในระดับมาก 4 ด้าน ตามลําดับดังนี้ ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล ด้านการส่งต่อนักเรียน ด้านการส่งเสริมนักเรียน และด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน 2. ผลการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนใน อําเภอบ่อไร่ จําแนกตามระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทํางาน และขนาดของสถานศึกษา พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research aimed 1) to study the administration of the student care and support system of the schools in Bo Rai District, 2) to compare the administration of the student care and support system of the schools in Bo Rai District classified by general status. The \samples in this research were 145 administrators and teachers, academic year 2022. The tools used in this research were divided into 2 sections as follows 1) the check list questionnaire about the respondents' general status, 2) the 5-level rating scale questionnaire, 30 items asking about the administration of the student care and support system of the schools in Bo Rai District with the item classification between 0.42-0.79. The reliability was 0.95 by computer package program was used to analyze the data. Mean, Standard deviation, t-test and One-way ANOVA were statistic tolls used to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that 1. The administration towards the student care and support system of the schools in Bo Rai District was at high level as a whole, when considered in each aspect the prevention and correction of the problems was at the highest level, followed by knowing the individual of the student, the student referral, the student promotion, and the student screening, respectively. 2. The results of the comparison in the student care and support system administration of the schools in Bo Rai District. There was no significant different when classified by educational level, work experience, and size of the school in any aspect.
