การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบและแนวทางการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ภายใน สถานศึกษาเพื่อกำรจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูในอำเภอบ่อไร่ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาตราด จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงานและขนาดสถานศึกษา กลุ่ม ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูในอำเภอบ่อไร่ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำนวน 136 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .97 โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นและแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ๋งโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ทดสอบราย คู่โดยวิธีของเซฟเฟ่และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ภายในสถานศึกษาเพื่อกำรจัดกำรเรียนกำรสอนของครูในอำเภอบ่อไร่ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่กำรศึกษำประถมศึกษำตรำด โดยภำพรวมและรำยด้ำนอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ครูที่มีระดับกำรศึกษำและประสบกำรณ์ด้ำนกำรสอนตำงกันมีกำรใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ภำยใน สถานศึกษำเพื่อกำรจัดกำรเรียนกำรสอน โดยรวมและรำยด้ำนไม่แตกตำงกัน และครูที่ปฏิบัติงำนสอน ในสถานศึกษำตำงกันมีกำรใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ภำยในสถำนศึกษำเพื่อกำรจัดกำรเรียนกำรสอน โดย ภาพรวมแตกตำงกันอยำงมีนัยสำคัญทำงสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. แนวทำงกำรพัฒนำกำรใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ภำยในสถำนศึกษำเพื่อกำรจัดกำรเรียนกำรสอน ของครูในอำเภอบ่อไร่ สังกัดสำนักงำนเขตพื้นที่กำรศึกษำประถมศึกษำตรำด พบว่ำ ควรมีกำรวำง แผนกำรให้วิทยำกรท้องถิ่นมีส่วนร่วมในกำรจัดกิจกรรมกำรเรียนรู้ ควรมีกำรประชุมเพื่อวิเครำะห์ข้อมูล และจัดทำทะเบียนวิทยากรท้องถิ่นควรมีกำรประชุมครูเพื่อส่งเสริม สนับสนุนให้เห็นควำมสำคัญของ การใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ เพื่อให้กำรดำเนินงำนเป็นไปด้วยควำมเรียบร้อย
The objectives of this study were to study, compare and guidelines the using learning resources for teaching of teachers in Bo Rai District under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Trait, classified by education level, work experience and size of school. The sample used in this research was 136 teachers in Bo Rai District under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Tart. The research instrument were questionnaire with reliability was .97 by stratified random sampling and semi-structured interview. The statistics for analyzing data were frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA and Scheffe test, and content analysis. The results were as follows: 1\. The using learning resources for teaching of teachers in Bo Rai District under the Trait Primary Educational Service Area Office Trair, in overall and in each aspect were at a high level. 2\. The teacher were different education level and work experience the using learning resources of teachers in Bo Rai District, in the overall and in each aspect were no different. And the teacher was different size of school the using learning resources for teaching of teachers in Bo Rai District, in the overall was statistically significant different at the .05 level. 3\. The guidelines to develop the using learning resources for teaching of teachers in Bo Rai District under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Trait should be to involve local speakers in learning activities, should have a meeting to analyze the data and record the registration of local speakers, the organize teacher meeting to promote important support of the use learning resources for the operation smoothly.
