การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบและศึกษาแนวทางการดำเนินงาน ระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำแนก ตามระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทำงานและขนาดของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตาราง เครจซี และ มอร์แกน (Kreicie; & Morgan. 1970) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำ นวน 283 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบ แบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในคือ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การ ทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและทดสอบรายคู่โดยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) การดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ครูที่มีระดับ การศึกษาและประสบการณ์ทำงานต่างกัน มีการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติและครูที่ปฏิบัติงานสอนในโรงเรียน ขนาดต่างกัน มีการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวมและด้านการรู้จัก นักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคลแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนรายด้านอื่นแตกต่างกัน อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และ 3) แนวทางพัฒนาการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของ โรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด พบว่า โรงเรียนควรจัดหาวิธีการและ แนวทางในการพัฒนานักเรียนอย่างเป็นระบบ โดยการจัดทาเป็นนโยบายของสถานศึกษาในการปฏิบัติทีเป็นรูปแบบที่ชัดเจนและมีคุณภาพ โรงเรียนควรดำเนินการให้มีการประชุมผู้ปกครองทุกภาค เรียน รวมถึงการจัดกิจกรรมโฮมรูมให้กับผู้เรียนและมีความเอาใจใส่ในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาของ นักเรียนทุกคนอย่างเท่าเทียม โรงเรียนควรดำ เนินการให้มีการชี้แจงให้นักเรียนเข้าใจถึงความจำเป็นในการส่งต่อโดยใช้คำพูดที่สร้างสรรค์
The objectives of this research were to study, compare and study guidelines to develop the operation the student assistant system of schools under The Primary Educational Service Area Office Trat, classified by education level, work experience and school size. The sample used in this research was 283 teachers in schools under The Primary Educational Service Area Office Trat. Research instrument was a 5-rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of .98. The statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe' test, and content analysis. The research results were as follows: 1) The operation the student assistant system of schools under The Primary Educational Service Area Office Trat, in overall and each aspect were at a high level. 2) The teachers have education level and work experience different, the operation the student assistant system of schools, in overall and each aspect were no different. The teachers have school size different the operation the student assistant system of schools, in overall and student individual acquaintance were statistically significant different at the .05 level. For the other aspects were not significant different, and 3) The guidelines to develop the operation the student assistant system of schools under The Primary Educational Service Area Office Trat, school should provide methods and solutions for developing student support systematically by setting school policy in clear and quality practice, school should hold a parent's meeting every semester and homeroom meeting for their students every week appropriately and should be attentive equally in prevention and problem-solving, and school should explain to students how the importance of sending students by using teacher's creative quotes.
