การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์และเปรียบเทียบรระดับ ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในกลุ่มโรงเรียนสัตหีบ 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูผู้สอนในกลุ่มโรงเรียนสัตหีบ 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 8 โรงเรียน รวมทั้งสิ้น 190 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาโดยวิธีการใช้ตาราง เทียบหากลุ่มตัวอย่าง เครจซี และมอร์แกน โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น โดยใช้ขนาดของสถานศึกษาเป็นชั้นในการสุ่มได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 127 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.86 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.20- 0.43 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติ ทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ การทดสอบที (t-test) และการทดสอบเอฟ (F test) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1\. ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในกลุ่มโรงเรียนสัตหีบ 2 สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ทุก ด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่ามากที่สุด คือ ด้านการตระหนักรู้อารมณ์ตนเอง รองลงมาคือ ด้าน การรับรู้ความรู้สึกของผู้อื่น ด้านการมีทักษะทางสังคม ด้านการสร้างแรงจูงใจให้แก่ตนเอง และด้านที่มี ค่าน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านการควบคุมอารมณ์ตนเอง 2\. ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในกลุ่มโรงเรียนสัตหีบ 2 สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดของสถานศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน
This research aimed to study an emotional intelligence of school administrators in Sattahip School group 2, the Primary Educational Service Area Chonburi 3. The population used in the research was 190 teachers in the group of Sattahip 2 schools under the Primary Educational Service Area Chonburi 3 in the academic year 2022, totaling 190 people. People The sample was obtained by using a table. Comparison of samples of Krajcie and Morgan by Stratified random sampling. By using the size of the school as a class to randomly draw a sample of 127 people. The tool used was a questionnaire. The confidence value of the whole issue was 0.86, the power value is classified between 0.20-0.43. Data were analyzed using basic statistics, including percentage, mean and standard deviation. The hypothesis testing statistics were t-test and F-test. The research results of this research revealed that: 1. When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at a high level. The most valuable aspect is emotional self-awareness. Followed by the perception of other people's feelings, social skills self-motivation and the least valuable aspect was self-regulation. 2.
