การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนตามทัศนะของครูโรงเรียนบางบ่อวิทยาคม จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนบางบ่อวิทยาคม จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 103 คน ได้จากการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ตามตารางกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างของ เครจซี่; และ มอร์แกน โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที่ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนตามทัศนะของครู โรงเรียนบางบ่อวิทยาคม ในภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ครูโรงเรียนบางบ่อวิทยาคมที่มีระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์การทำงานแตกต่างกัน มีทัศนะต่อการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ในภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the operation of student care and support system according to the teachers' perspective at Bangbo Witthayakhom School classified by work experience and education level. The samples were 103 teachers selected by simple random sampling according to Krejcie; & Morgan's table. The tools used in this research was a 5-rating scale questionnaire. The statistic of data analysis consists of frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. The results of research found that 1\. The operation of the student care and support system at Bangbo Witthayakhom School as perceived by the teachers was at a high level in all aspects. 2\. The teachers at Bangbo Witthayakhom School with different level of education and work experience have similar views on the operation of the student care and support system in all aspects.
