การศึกษาการบริหารความขัดแย้งในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 ครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการบริหารความขัดแย้งในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างของ เครจซี และ มอร์แกน โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น โดยใช้กลุ่มอำเภอเป็นหน่วยการสุ่ม ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและหัวหน้างาน จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 150 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การบริหารความขัดแย้งในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ยกเว้นแบบการหลีกเลี่ยงอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. การเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของการบริหารความขัดแย้งในโรงเรียน จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา พบว่า โดยภาพรวม ด้านแบบการเอาชนะและแบบการยอมให้แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนแบบการร่วมมือ แบบการประนีประนอมและแบบการหลีกเลี่ยงไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. การเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของการบริหารความขัดแย้งในโรงเรียน จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน พบว่า โดยภาพรวม แบบการเอาชนะ แบบการร่วมมือ และแบบการหลีกเลี่ยงแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนแบบการประนีประนอม และแบบการยอมให้ไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the opinions towards conflict management in the schools under the Pathunthani Primary Educational Service Area office 2 classified by education level and work experience. The samples were 150 administrators and department heads determination sample size using Krejcie; & Morgan's table and stratified random sampling by using district randomization unit. The tools used in this research was a 5-rating scale questionnaire. The statistics for data analysis included frequency distribution, percentage, mean, Standard deviation, t-test, and F test. The results of research found that 1\. The conflict management in the schools under the Pathunthani Primary Educational Service Area 2 was at a high level, except avoiding mode was at a moderate level. 2\. Comparing conflict management in the schools by education found that in overall, competing mode and accommodating mode were statistically significant different at .05 level, but collaborating mode, compromising mode and avoiding mode were not different. 3\. Comparing conflict management in the schools by work experience found that in overall, competing mode, collaborating mode, and avoiding mode were statistically significant different at .05 level, but compromising mode and accommodating mode were not different.
