การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมและประสิทธิผลของ สถานศึกษา และปัจจัยการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2564 จาก 102 โรงเรียน จำนวน 313 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบหลายชั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการบริหารแบบมีส่วน ร่วมและประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.932 สถิติที่ ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอย พหุคูณ **ผลการวิจัย พบว่า** 1\. ปัจจัยการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้านแล้วพบว่า ด้านการ ตั้งเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ร่วมกันมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาเป็นด้านความยึด มั่นผูกพันมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านความเป็นอิสระต่อความรับผิดชอบในงาน มีความคิดเห็น อยู่ในระดับมาก และน้อยที่สุดคือ ด้านการไว้วางใจกันมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก 2\. ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้านแล้วพบว่า ด้านการผลิตนักเรียนให้มี ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูงมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมาเป็นการปรับเปลี่ยนและพัฒนา สถานศึกษา มีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก การพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีทัศนคติทางบวก มีความคิดเห็น อยู่ในระดับมาก และน้อยที่สุดคือ การแก้ปัญหาภายในสถานศึกษามีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก 3\. ปัจจัยการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 ได้แก่ ด้านการไว้วางใจกัน การตั้งเป้าหมายและ วัตถุประสงค์ร่วมกัน ด้านความยึดมั่นผูกพันและความเป็นอิสระต่อความรับผิดชอบในงาน อย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The purpose of this study was to study participatory management and effectiveness of schools and participatory management factors affecting the effectiveness of schools under the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group was 313 teachers in schools under the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, from 102 schools in an academic year 2021 by multi-stage sampling, the reliability value was 0.923. The instruments were the participatory management and the effectiveness of schools questionnaires. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that: 1. The factors of participatory management of educational establishments under the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 as a whole was at a high level, when classified by each aspect found that setting goals and objectives together, the opinions were at the highest level, followed by commitment, the opinions were at a high level in terms of independence in job responsibilities, the opinions were at a high level and the lowest was in terms of trust, the opinions were at a high level. 2. Overall effectiveness of schools under the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at a high level, when consideration each aspect found that the producing students to have high academic achievement, the opinions were at a high level followed by adjustments and development of schools, the opinions were at a high level, the student development to the positive attitude, the opinions were at a high level and the least was solving problems within the school, the opinions were at a high level. 3. Factors in participatory management affecting the effectiveness of schools under the Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1: Trust, Setting goals and objectives together, commitment and independence in job responsibilities statistically significant at the .05 level.
