การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาบรรยากาศภายในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี และ 2) เปรียบเทียบบรรยากาศภายในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี จำนวน 313 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ จำนวน 48 ข้อ โดยมีคำอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง 0.34-0.92 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ 0.98 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที (t-test) และการทดสอบเอฟ (F test) และตรวจสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือหาค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. บรรยากาศภายในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดมีเท่ากัน 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านโอกาสก้าวหน้าในการทำงาน และด้านการเติบโตทางวิชาการและสังคม อย่างต่อเนื่อง รองลงมาคือ ด้านการผนึกกำลังเหนียวแน่น และด้านที่ค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านความยอมรับนับถือ 2. เปรียบเทียบบรรยากาศภายในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี จำแนกตามเพศ และสหวิทยาเขตต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อบรรยากาศภายในโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงานของครูต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อบรรยากาศภายในโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The objectives of this study were 1) to study the atmosphere in the secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Pathum Thani and 2) to compare the atmosphere in the secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Pathumthani. The samples were 313 teachers in the secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Pathumthani. The tool used in this study was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire, with the item classification between 0.34-0.92. The reliability was 0.98. Data analysis was done by a computer program. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, F test and the Index of Concordance (IOC). The results revealed that: 1\. The atmosphere of the secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Pathum Thani in overall was at a high level. When considered in each aspect, it was found that there were 2 aspects having the most average, the progressive the progress in job and the continual growth in academic and society. The next one was the strong consolidation. The least average was the respective aspect. 2\. The comparison of the atmosphere of the secondary schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Pathumthani when classified according to gender and different school consortium, it was found that there was no difference overall and in each aspect towards the atmosphere of the schools. When classified by different according to the teachers' work experience, it was found overall and in each aspect in the opinions of the teachers towards the atmosphere of the schools that there was statistically significant difference at .01 level.
