การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการจัดการระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในของ อาชีวศึกษากฎหมาย และเปรียบเทียบปัญหาตามสถานภาพส่วนบุคคล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หัวหน้างานประกันคุณภาพและมาตรฐานการศึกษา และครูผู้ช่วยหัวหน้า ประกันคุณภาพและมาตรฐานการศึกษา จำนวน 96 คน โดยสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็น แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test, F test และทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ ด้วยวิธีการเปรียบเทียบพหุคูณโดยวิธีของ Scheffe' ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1\. ปัญหาการจัดการระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในของอาชีวศึกษากฎหมาย อยู่ในระดับมาก ทุกด้าน ตามลำดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการเตรียมการ ด้านการตรวจสอบ ประเมินผล ด้านการดำเนินงาน ด้านการวางแผนปฏิบัติงาน ด้านการปรับปรุงแก้ไข และด้านการ รายงานการประเมินตนเองของสถานศึกษา (SAR) 2\. ผลการเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการจัดการระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในของอาชีวศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่ เมื่อจำแนกตามตำแหน่งหน้าที่ พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
This research aimed to study management problems of the internal quality assurance system of Bangkok vocational education and compare the problems according to personal status. The samples used in this research were the school administrators, head of quality assurance and educational standards, and assistant head of quality assurance and educational standards, totally 96 people, by simple random sampling. The research instrument was a 5-rating scale questionnaire which had a reliability of .95. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F test, and tested the double difference using the Scheffe' method. The research results were found that: 1\. The management problems of the internal quality assurance system of vocational education in Bangkok were at a high level in all aspects, as follows: preparation, audit and evaluation, operational, operational planning, assessment, and self-assessment report of the school, respectively. 2\. The results of the comparison of the management problems, classified by gender, educational level, and working experience had no significantly difference, but found significantly difference at .05 level when classified by position.
