การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูที่ปรึกษาโรงเรียนที่ปังกรวิทยาพัฒน์ (มัธยมวัดหัตถสารเกษตร) ในพระราชูปถัมภ์ฯ จำนวน 92 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ปัญหาการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนที่ปังกรวิทยาพัฒน์ (มัธยมวัดหัตถสารเกษตร) ในพระราชูปถัมภ์ฯ โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโรงเรียนที่ปังกรวิทยาพัฒน์ (มัธยมวัดหัตถสารเกษตร) ในพระราชูปถัมภ์ฯ ตามที่ครูที่ปรึกษาเสนอ มีดังนี้ (1) ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล 3 อันดับแรก คือ ครูที่ปรึกษาควรทำความเข้าใจและทำความรู้จักนักเรียนให้มากขึ้น ควรมีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้านพฤติกรรมของนักเรียนโดยละเอียด และมีวิธีการที่หลากหลายในการจะทำให้ได้มาซึ่งข้อมูลที่เป็นจริง (2) ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน 3 อันดับแรก คือ โรงเรียนควรมีการจัดการประชุม เพื่อกำหนดเกณฑ์ในการคัดกรองหรือแบ่งกลุ่มนักเรียน มีการพัฒนารูปแบบการคัดกรองนักเรียนอย่างสม่ำเสมอ และออกแบบการคัดกรองนักเรียนให้มีความเหมาะสมมากยิ่งขึ้น (3) ด้านการส่งเสริมและพัฒนานักเรียน 3 อันดับแรก คือ ควรจัดกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมและพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ที่หลากหลายและเหมาะสมกับวัยของนักเรียน ควรมีการประสานความร่วมมือกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องในการส่งเสริมนักเรียน และมีการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมนักเรียนในทุกด้านให้ตรงตามความต้องการและความสามารถ (4) ด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา 3 อันดับแรก คือ ครูที่ปรึกษาควรมีเวลาในการให้คำปรึกษาหรือร่วมทำกิจกรรมกับนักเรียนให้มากขึ้นและสร้างความเข้าใจ ความร่วมมือกับผู้ปกครองและผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา และ (5) ด้านการส่งต่อ 3 อันดับแรก คือ ครูที่ปรึกษาควรทำความเข้าใจกับผู้ปกครองในการส่งต่อนักเรียนและดำเนินการส่งต่อนักเรียนก่อนที่จะเกิดปัญหาบานปลาย ควรมีการประสานงานกับผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
This research aimed to study the problems and guidelines for developing a student care and assistance system at Dipangkornwittayapat (Mattayom Wat Hatasan Kaset school). The instrument used was a questionnaire with a confidence value of .97. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The research results were as follows: 1. The problems of student care and assistance system at the Dipangkornwittayapat school were at moderate level in all aspects. 2. Guidelines for development as proposed by a directory teacher are 1. In knowing individual students, the top 3 developmental approaches are teachers should understand and get to know students; Detailed of student behavior data should be collected; and should have a variety of methods for obtaining truthful information. 2. In screening students, the top 3 development approaches are school should hold meetings for setting criteria on screening or grouping students; there is a constant development of a model for screening students; and should design screening of students to be more appropriate. 3. In promoting and developing students, the top 3 development approaches should be organized activities that promote and develop learning that are diverse and appropriate to the age of the students; There should be co-operation with those involved in promoting students; and should have activities to promote students in all areas to meet their needs and abilities. 4. Prevention and problem solving, the top 3 development approaches are that the teachers should have more times to mentor or engage in activities with students and build understanding; Cooperation with parents and other stakeholders to prevent and resolve problems. 5. Forward side, the top 3 development approaches are that the teachers should understand parents in referring students and working on referrals before problems escalate. There should be regular co-ordination with those who are involved.
