การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูต่อสภาพการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านสวนอุดมวิทยา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูโรงเรียนบ้านสวนอุดมวิทยา จำนวน 59 คน โดยกำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างเครดซึ; และ มอร์แกน (Krejcie; & Morgan. 1970) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 40 ข้อ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test และ one-way ANOVA ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อสภาพการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านสวนอุดมวิทยา โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ด้านงานสวัสดิการ ด้านงานกิจกรรม และด้านงานปกครอง และระเบียบวินัย 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อสภาพการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านสวนอุดมวิทยา จำแนกตามเพศ พบว่า ครูที่มีเพศต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านสวนอุดมวิทยา โดยรวมและด้านงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อสภาพการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านสวนอุดมวิทยา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน พบว่า ครูที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนโดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research aimed to study and compare teachers' opinion on the conditions of student affairs administration at Ban Suan Udom Witthaya School under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 1. The samples were 70 teachers of Baan Suan Udomwittaya School by specifying the size of the samples of Krejcie and Morgan (1970). The instrument used to collect data was a 5-rating scale questionnaire with 40 items. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The results showed that 1) The teachers' opinion towards the conditions of student affairs administration at Ban Suan Udom Witthaya School was at a high level in every aspect, as follows: the system of student support, the welfare activity, and administrative and disciplinary tasks, respectively. 2) The comparison of the teachers' opinion on the conditions of student affairs administration at the Ban Suan Udom Witthaya School, classified by gender, found that teachers with different gender had different opinion on the conditions of student affairs administration at the Ban Suan Udom Witthaya School, in overall and in the aspect of student support system at .05 level of significance. 3) The comparison of the teachers' opinion on the state of student affairs administration at the Ban Suan Udom Witthaya School classified by working experience found that teachers with different work experience had no different opinion on the conditions of student affairs administration at the Ban Suan Udom Witthaya School.
