การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะหลักของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด และเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะหลักของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษาประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และขนาดโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำนวน 302 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีคุณภาพความตรงรายข้อ (IOC) อยู่ระหว่าง 0.80-1 ความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ (Reliability) เท่ากับ .893 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สมรรถนะหลักของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านทั้ง 4 ด้าน มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับดังนี้ ด้านการมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม ด้านการบริการที่ดี และด้านการพัฒนาตนเอง 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติสมรรถนะหลักของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา พบว่า โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการพัฒนาตนเองแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และจำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน พบว่า ทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this research were to study the core competencies of administrators of educational institutions. Under the Trait Primary Educational Service Area Office and to compare the core competencies of school administrators according to the opinions of teachers under the Trait Primary Education Service Area Office, classified by educational level, work experience, and school size. The samples used in the research were 302 school teachers, the Office of Trait Primary Educational Service Area. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire which had IOC between 0.80-1 and a reliability .893. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, and one-way analysis of variance. The results of the research found that 1\. Core competencies of the school administrators, the practice was at a high level in all 4 aspects, as follows: results-oriented, teamwork, good service, and self-development, respectively. 2\. The results of the comparison of teachers' opinions on the performance of core competencies of the school administrators, classified by educational level, it was found that there was no significant different. However, when considering each aspect, it was found that the self-development aspect was significant different at .01 level, classified by work experience and by school size it was found that there had no significantly difference.
