การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี เขต 1 เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประกอบด้วย 7 ด้าน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา และครูที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้รับผิดชอบงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา รวมทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 159 คน การสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ (Stratified random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม ชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.89 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (X ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และค่าที่ (t-test) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1\. ผลการศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา ระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุพรรณบุรี เขต 1 พบว่า มีระดับการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน 2\. ผลการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบ จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์การทำงาน 2.1 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกันและเมื่อเปรียบเทียบรายด้านทุกด้าน พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน 2.2 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกันในภาพรวม แต่พบความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในด้านการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาการจัดการศึกษา ด้านการประเมินผลและตรวจสอบคุณภาพการศึกษา และด้านการรายงานคุณภาพการศึกษาประจำปีของสถานศึกษา
This research aimed to study the operation of internal quality assurance in the schools of the fundamental education under the Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. This was a survey research consisted of 7 aspects. The sample group was in total of 159 persons from the school directors and the teachers having the responsibility on internal quality assurance acquired by stratified random sampling. The tool for collecting data was a 5-rating scale questionnaire having a reliability of .89. For analyzing data using statistics: percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The findings stated that: 1\. The result of the practitioner level in internal quality assurance in the schools of the fundamental education under the Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at a high level in all aspects. 2\. The results of the comparison classified by educational background and working experience were: 2.1 When classified according to educational background found no significantly difference in any aspect. 2.2 Whilst classified according to working experience, it was found that there was not significant different in overall, but found significantly difference at .05 level in 3 aspects: preparation of educational development plans, evaluation and inspection of educational quality, and annual reporting of educational quality of school.
