การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง ขนาดของสถานศึกษา และประสบการณ์ทำงาน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร ปีการศึกษา 2564 จาก 9 โรงเรียน รวมทั้งสิ้น 650 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 242 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้ t-test และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว เมื่อพบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ใช้การทดสอบเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเซฟเฟ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. สภาพการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2 ด้าน มาจาก 1 ด้าน และปานกลาง 1 ด้าน ตามลำดับ ดังนี้ ด้านการบริหารงบประมาณ ด้านการบริหารทั่วไป ด้านการบริหารวิชาการ และด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบสภาพการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง พบว่า รายได้นทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อเปรียบเทียบ โดยจำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา พบว่า รายได้นทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อเปรียบเทียบโดยจำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน พบว่า โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่พบความแตกต่างในด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล และด้านการบริหารทั่วไป แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The purpose of this research was to study a state of information technology utilization for school administration under the Sai Mai District Office, Bangkok, classified by school location, size and work experience. The population used in the research were school administrators and teachers from 9 schools, 650 persons under the Sai Mai District Office, Bangkok, academic year 2021. The samples were 242 persons by stratified sampling. 5-rating scale questionnaire was the research instrument. The data were analyzed by computer program: percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and One-way analysis of variance. Whilst the statistically significant difference was found at .05 level, use a paired test of Scheffe's method. The research findings revealed that; 1. The state of using information technology for the school administration under the Sai Mai District Office, Bangkok in an overall was at a high level. Considering each aspect found 2 aspects at the highest level, 1 aspect at a high level, and 1 aspect at a moderate level, as follows: budget management, general management, academic administration, and personnel management, respectively. 2. Comparing the condition of using information technology found that position and size of school had not significantly difference in every aspect; working experience had not significantly difference in overall, but found significantly difference in 2 aspects: personnel management and general management at .05 level.
