การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของครูในการพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมของโรงเรียนที่ส่งเสริมต่อการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนในเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาปะทิว 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชุมพร เขต 1 จำแนกตามเพศ และระดับการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูในเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาปะทิว 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชุมพร เขต 1 จำนวน 103 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงระหว่าง 0.80-1 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .89 สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความพึงพอใจของครูในการพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมของโรงเรียนที่ส่งเสริมต่อการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนในเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาปะทิว 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชุมพร เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านการให้บริการนักเรียน และด้านการบริหาร อีก 4 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับ ดังนี้ ด้านกลุ่มเพื่อน ด้านห้องเรียน ด้านอาคารสถานที่ และด้านการจัดกิจกรรมนักเรียน 2. เปรียบเทียบเพศและระดับการศึกษาที่แตกต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจของครูในการพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมของโรงเรียนที่ส่งเสริมต่อการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนในเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาปะทิว 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชุมพร เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
This study aimed to study and compare teachers' satisfaction in developing school environments that promote student learning in Pathio 2 School Network under Chumphon Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 , classified by gender and educational level. The samples consisted of 103 teachers in the Pathio 2 School Network. The instrument used to collect data was a 5-scale rating questionnaire with the index of item-objective congruence between 0.80-1 and a reliability of .89. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, Standard deviation, t-test, and One-way-ANOVA. The results of research were as follows: 1\. The teachers' satisfaction in developing school environments that promote student learning in Pathio 2 School Network under Chumphon Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 as a whole was at a high level. Considering each aspect found at the highest level 2 aspects: student service aspect and administrative aspect, the other 4 aspects at a high level: friends group aspect, classroom aspect, building aspect, and the student activities aspect, respectively. 2\. Gender and educational level had no effect on the teachers' satisfaction in developing a school environment that promotes student learning in Pathio 2 School Network under Chumphon Primary Educational Service Area Office 1.
