การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการส่งเสริมระเบียบวินัยนักเรียนโรงเรียน วัดสะพานหินตามความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด ตามเพศและอาชีพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็น ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนวัดสะพานหิน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำนวน 180 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็น แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมระเบียบวินัยนักเรียน ใน 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ การตรงต่อเวลา ด้านความ สะอาด ด้านการแต่งกาย ด้านการเข้าแถว ด้านการแสดงความเคารพ และด้านการปฏิบัติตามระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ และแนวทางปฏิบัติของสถานศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ (Frequency) ร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย ( $\bar{X}$ ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และค่าที่ (t-test) โดยมีค่าความ เชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.96 ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนต่อการส่งเสริมระเบียบวินัยนักเรียน โรงเรียนวัด สะพานหิน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด ทุกด้านมีระดับการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก ($\bar{X}$ = 4.24, S.D. = 0.41) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการปฏิบัติตามระเบียบและแนวทางปฏิบัติ ของสถานศึกษา ($\bar{X}$ = 4.35, S.D. = 0.80) ด้านการเข้าแถว ($\bar{X}$ = 4.33, S.D. = 1.20) ด้านการแสดง ความเคารพ ($\bar{X}$ = 4.28, S.D. = 0.82) ด้านการแต่งกาย ($\bar{X}$ = 4.17, S.D. = 0.45) ด้านความสะอาด ($\bar{X}$ = 4.16, S.D. = 0.39) และด้านการตรงต่อเวลา ($\bar{X}$ = 4.15, S.D. = 0.42) ตามลำดับ 2. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนต่อการส่งเสริมระเบียบวินัยนักเรียน โรงเรียนวัดสะพานหิน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำแนกตามเพศและอาชีพ พบว่า ผู้ปกครองที่มีเพศและอาชีพต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการส่งเสริมระเบียบวินัยนักเรียน โรงเรียน วัดสะพานหิน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด ไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research aimed to study the students' discipline promotion at Watsaphan Hin School under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Trait classified by gender and occupation. The samples were 180 the students' parents. The tool for collecting data was the 5-level rating scale questionnaire about the students' discipline promotion in 6 aspects: punctuality, cleanliness, dress, lining up, paying respect and following school discipline and school guideline. Statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation and t-test with the reliability was 0.96. The findings proposed that: 1\. The opinions of parents to the students' discipline promotion at Watsaphan Hin School under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Trait in all aspects indicated that it was at a high level in practice ($\bar{X}$ = 4.24, S.D. = 0.41). Following school discipline and school guidelines ($\bar{X}$ = 4.35, S.D. = 0.80), lining up ($\bar{X}$ = 4.33, S.D. = 1.20), paying respect ($\bar{X}$ = 4.28, S.D. = 0.82), dress ($\bar{X}$ = 4.17, S.D. = 0.45), cleanliness ($\bar{X}$ = 4.16, S.D. = 0.39) and punctuality ($\bar{X}$ = 4.15, S.D. = 0.42) respectively. 2\. The comparing the opinions of students' parent to the students' discipline promotion at Watsaphan Hin School under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Trait classified by gender and occupation found that the parents' gender and occupation difference were no difference in the opinions to students' discipline promotion.
