การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในอำเภอกุยบุรีและอำเภอสามร้อยยอด สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูในอำเภอกุยบุรีและอำเภอสามร้อยยอด สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 108 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถาม เป็นแบบตรวจสอบรายการ (Check List) แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงระหว่าง 0.80-1 (IOC) ความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .92 สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ค่าเฉลี่ย (X̄ ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1\. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในอำเภอกุยบุรี และอำเภอสามร้อยยอด สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2\. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารในอำเภอกุยบุรีและอำเภอสามร้อยยอด สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ จำแนกตามเพศ โดยภาพรวม และด้านคำนึงถึงความแตกต่างของบุคคลหรือคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคลแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อจำแนกตามอายุ พบว่า โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อเปรียบเทียบรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อจำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา พบว่า โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน และเมื่อจำแนกตามประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงาน โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อเปรียบเทียบรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการกระตุ้นทางปัญญาแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the Transformational Leadership of school administrators in Kuiburi and Samroiyot under the Prachuapkhirikhan Secondary Educational Service Area Office, classified by gender, age, education level and operational experience. The samples were 108 teachers in Kuiburi and Samroiyot districts under the Prachuapkhirikhan Secondary Educational Service Area Office, academic year 2021. The tools used to collect data were 5-rating scale questionnaires with the reliability .92. The statistics for data analysis were mean (X̄), Standard Deviation (S.D.), percentage, t-test, and One-way ANOVA. The research findings were as follows: 1\. Transformational leadership of school administrators in Kuiburi and Samroiyot districts under the Prachuapkhirikhan Secondary Educational Service Area Office in overall was at a high level. 2\. Transformational leadership of school administrators in Kuiburi and SamRoiyot districts under the Prachuapkhirikhan Secondary Educational Service Area Office classified by gender in overall and individualized consideration statistically significant different at .05 level. When classified by age found that in overall not different, when compared each aspect found that the idealized influence statistically significant different at .05 level, when classified by education level found that in overall no difference when classified by operational experience in overall no different, when compared each aspect found that the intellectual stimulation statistically significant differences at .05 level.
