การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของข้าราชการครูเครือข่าย วังจันทร์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 2 และ 2) เปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของข้าราชการครู เครือข่ายวังจันทร์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาระยอง เขต 2 จำแนกตามเพศและอายุ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้เป็นข้าราชการครูเครือข่ายวังจันทร์ จำนวน 92 คน โดยใช้ตาราง เครดซี; และ มอร์แกน (Krejcie; & Morgan. 1970: 607) โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (simple random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย (X̄ ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1\. คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของข้าราชการครู เครือข่ายวังจันทร์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อยได้ดังนี้ ระดับมากสุดด้านการพัฒนาความสามารถของบุคคล ด้านค่าตอบแทน ด้านการจัดสรรเวลา ด้านการได้รับการยอมรับนับถือ และด้านความก้าวหน้า และมั่นคงในการทำงาน ตามลำดับ 2\. ผลการเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของข้าราชการครู เครือข่ายวังจันทร์ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 2 จำแนกตามเพศ พบว่า ข้าราชการครูที่มีเพศ ต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงาน โดยรวมไม่แตกต่าง ส่วนจำแนกตามอายุในการทำงาน พบว่า ข้าราชการครูที่มีอายุในการทำงานต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานโดยรวมไม่แตกต่าง
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the quality of working life of official teachers in Wangchan Network under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and 2) to compare the quality of working life of official teachers in Wangchan Network under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by sex and age. The sample was 92 official teachers in Wangchan Network by determined the sample size using the Krejcie; and Morgan tables (Krejcie; & Morgan. 1970: 607) by simple random sampling. The tool was a five-level questionnaire with confidence factor of 0.97. The statistics used for data analysis were mean (X̄), Standard Deviation (S.D.), and t-test. The results of the research were as follows: 1\. The quality of working life of official teachers in Wangchan Network under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, in overall was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects in descending order as follows the highest level of competence development of the person. Compensation time allocation to be respected and the progress and stability in work, respectively. 2\. The results of comparing the quality of working life of official teachers in Wangchan Network under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by sex, found that official teachers of sex different had opinions on quality of work life in overall no different, as for the age in working, it was found that the official teachers working age different had opinions on the quality of working life in overall no different.
