การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการครูต่อ การบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์การทำงานของข้าราชการครูกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ข้าราชการครูในโรงเรียนในกลุ่มเกาะแก้ว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 จำนวน 127 คน ได้จาก จากตารางของ เครจซี; และ มอร์แกน (Krejcie; & Morgan. 1970) โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบอย่างง่าย (Simple random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งมีความเชื่อมั่น 0.97 มีค่า IOC ระหว่าง 0.60-1 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสถิติที่ใช้ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (X ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และสถิติค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1\. ความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการครูต่อการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากลุ่มเกาะแก้ว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้านโดยด้านหลักความรับผิดชอบอยู่ในระดับสูงสุด รองลงมาด้านหลักคุณธรรม ด้านหลักความคุ้มค่า ด้านหลักนิติธรรม ด้านหลักความโปร่งใส และอยู่ในระดับต่ำสุดคือด้านหลักการมีส่วนร่วม ตามลำดับ 2\. เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการครูต่อการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากลุ่มเกาะแก้ว จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนจำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงานที่ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล ในทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
The research aimed to study and compare teachers' opinions towards good governance of the school administrators of Kohkaew Group under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, classified by educational background and work experience of teacher officials. The sample group was 127 teacher officials in schools in the Kohkaew group under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 by the table of Krejcie; & Morgan (1970) using simple random sampling. The tools used to collect data was questionnaires with confidence 0.97, IOC values between 0.60-1. Analysis of statistical data using percentage, mean (X̄), Standard Deviation (S.D.), and t-test. The results of this research were as follows: 1. The teacher's opinions towards good governance of school administrators of the Kohkaew Group under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, in overall was at a high level. When considering each aspect found that all aspects were at a high level, the responsibility was the highest level, followed by morality, value for money, rule of law, transparency and the lowest level was participation, respectively. 2. Compare the teachers opinions towards good governance of the school administrators of Kohkaew Group classified by educational background found that in overall and every aspect no different and classified by different work experiences were no different in opinions towards good governance of school administrators in every aspect.
