การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในตำบลหนองเหล็ก กลุ่มเครือข่ายศีขรภูมิ 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 1 จำแนกตามเพศและประสบการณ์ในการสอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูผู้สอนสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในตำบลหนองเหล็ก กลุ่มเครือข่ายศีขรภูมิ 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 1 จำนวน 84 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.974 สติติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที่ (t-test) และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F test) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1\. ความคิดเห็นของครูต่อสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในตำบลหนองเหล็ก กลุ่มเครือข่ายศีขรภูมิ 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 1 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ($\bar{X}$ = 4.35, S.D. = 0.64) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย 3 อันดับแรก คือ ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา ด้านการวัดผลประเมินผล และเทียบโอนผลการเรียน ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ ส่วนอันดับสุดท้าย คือ ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา 2\. ครูเพศชายและครูเพศหญิง ที่มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในตำบลหนองเหล็ก กลุ่มเครือข่ายศีขรภูมิ 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 1 โดยภาพรวม พบว่า แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3\. ครูที่มีประสบการณ์การสอนต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในตำบลหนองเหล็ก กลุ่มเครือข่ายศีขรภูมิ 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 1 โดยภาพรวม พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
This objectives research were to study and compare the status of the academic affairs administration of basic schools in Nonglek sub-district, Sikhoraphum network 2, Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, classified by sex and teaching experience. The sample used for this research was 84 teachers of basic schools in NongLek Subdistrict, the Sikhoraphum Network 2 under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 by simple sampling. The instrument was questionnaire 5 level rating scale with a reliability of 0.974. The data were analyzed including percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and F test. The research results were as follows: 1\. The opinions on the academic affairs administration of basic schools in NongleK Sub-district, Sikhoraphum Network 2 under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in overall was at a high level ($\bar{X}$ = 4.35, S.D. = 0.64). When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspect were at a high level. In descending order, the top 3 are in the field of education supervision, evaluation and the transfer of grades, development of learning processes, the last one was research and development for the quality education. 2\. Male teachers and female teachers who had opinions on the academic affairs administration of the basic schools in Nonglek Subdistrict The Sikhoraphum Network 2 under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in overall was statistically significant difference at the .05 level. 3\. Teachers with different teaching experiences. had opinions on the academic affairs administration of the basic schools in Nonglek Subdistrict, The Sikhoraphum Network 2, under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, found that in overall was statistically significant different at the .01 level.
