การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนบ้านมาบตาพุด สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 ประชากร ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 100 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครู จำนวน 80 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .92 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบ ได้แก่ สถิติทดสอบค่าที่ (Independent t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1\. ความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนบ้านมาบตาพุด สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ($\bar{X}$ = 4.36, S.D. = 0.61) 2\. ความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนบ้านมาบตาพุด สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research aimed to study and compare teachers opinions on the internal quality assurance system in Banmaptaput School under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area office 1, the population consisted of 100 teachers. The sample group was 80 teachers by simple random sampling. The instrument was questionnaire. The data was analyzed using basic statistics including mean and Standard Deviation. Test statistics were independent t-test statistics. The research results were found that: 1. Opinions of teachers towards the internal quality assurance system in Banmaptaput School under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in overall and in all aspects were at a high level ($\bar{X}$ = 4.36, S.D. = 0.61). 2. Opinions of teachers towards the internal quality assurance system in Banmaptaput School under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by gender, age and work experience in overall and each aspect were no different.
