การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน โรงเรียนสงวนหญิง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี และ 2) เปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน โรงเรียนสงวนหญิง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี โดยจำแนกตามเพศ อายุ และประสบการณ์ปฏิบัติงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการเก็บข้อมูลงานวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ คือ ครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนสงวนหญิง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 103 คน โดยการเทียบตารางเครซี; และ มอร์แกน (Krejcie; & Morgan. 1970: 607-610) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามที่เกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสงวนหญิง มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.862 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที่ (t-test แบบ Independent) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1\. คุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสงวนหญิง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2\. ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสงวนหญิง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี ที่มีเพศและประสบการณ์ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน จำแนกตามอายุต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านความสามารถทางสติปัญญาแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านอื่น ๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this study were to 1) study the desirable characteristics of school administrators according to the opinions of teachers, Sa-nguan Ying School, The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9, Suphanburi Province, 2) comparison the desirable characteristics of school administrators according to the opinions of teachers, Sa-nguan Ying School, The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9, Suphanburi Province, classified by sex, age and working experience. The sample used in the research comprised of 103 teachers in Sa-nguan Ying School, results were obtained by comparing with the Krejcie and Morgan tables. The research instrument was a questionnaire, the reliabilities rating scale were 0.862. The statistical tools were used to analyze the data needed in the study were frequencies, percentages, mean and Standard Deviation, t-test Independent and One-way ANOVA. The results of the research showed that; 1. The desirable characteristics of school administrators according to the opinions of teachers, Sa-nguan Ying School, The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9, Suphanburi Province in overall and each aspect were at a high level. 2. The comparison of the desirable characteristics of school administrators according to the opinions of teachers, Sa-nguan Ying School, The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9, Suphanburi Province had different sex and working experience in overall and each aspect were no difference in opinions of the teachers, when classified by position age in overall not difference, except characteristic of cognitive ability statistically significant difference at the .05 level, in others aspect not different.
