การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา อำเภอเมือง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ในการทำงานกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็น ครูโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา อำเภอเมือง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำนวน 103 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม มีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .74 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1\. ความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา อำเภอเมือง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2\. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา ปรากฏผลดังนี้ 2.1 ครูที่มีเพศต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 2.2 ครูที่มีอายุต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 2.3 ครูที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาโดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ครูที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน ด้านการส่งเสริมและพัฒนานักเรียนและด้านการป้องกันและแก้ปัญหาแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคลและด้านการส่งต่อไม่แตกต่างกัน 2.4 ครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
The objectives of this research were to study and compare teachers' opinions towards the students care and help system of expand educational opportunities schools, Mueang District, under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office, classified by gender, age, education level and work experience. Samples were 103 teachers in expand educational opportunities schools, Mueang District, under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office. Research instrument was 5-level rating scale of questionnaire with reliability was .74. The statistics for analyzing data were frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation and t-test. The results were as follows: 1) The teachers' opinions towards the students care and help system to expand educational opportunities schools in Muang District, under Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office in overall and the aspects were at a high level. 2) The comparison of teachers' opinions towards the students care and help system of expand educational opportunities schools, the results were as follows: 2.1) The teachers of genders different have opinions towards the students care and help system to expand educational opportunities schools in overall and each aspect were no different. 2.2) The teachers of age different have opinions towards the school's students care and help system to expand educational opportunities schools in overall and each aspect were no different. 2.3) The teachers educational level different have opinions towards the students care and help system to expand educational opportunities schools overall and each aspect were no different. When considering each aspect found that teachers educational level different had opinions in screening students in terms of student promotion and development, and for prevention and problem solving statistically significantly different at .05 level, while knowing the students individually to them were not different. 2.4) Teachers' work experience different have opinions towards the students care and help system to expand educational opportunities schools in overall and each aspect was no different.
