การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนการกุศล สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร และ 2) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนการกุศล สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนการกุศล สังกัดสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 182 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .951 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) ค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และทดสอบรายคู่โดยวิธีเซฟเฟ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผู้บริหารและครูมีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนการกุศล โดยภาพรวมและทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารการวัดผล ด้านการบริหารการจัดการเรียนสอน ด้านการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ด้านการบริหารอาคารสถานที่ และด้านการบริหารสื่อกำรเรียน การสอน ตามลำดับ 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นผู้บริหารและครูมีต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนการกุศล จำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ โดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นผู้บริหารและครูมีต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนการกุศล ตามอายุแตกต่างกัน ที่เหลือผู้บริหารและครูมีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกันอย่าง จึงไม่เป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the charity schools 2) to compare academic affairs administration of the charity schools classified by personal factors. The sample was 182 administrators and teachers. The instrument was 5-rating scale questionnaire with reliability was .951. The statistics of data analysis were mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA and Scheffe. The findings revealed that; 1. The administrators' and teachers' opinions towards the academic affairs administration of the Charity schools, in overall and each aspects, were at a high level in all aspects; measurement administration, instructional management, curriculum management of school, building management and instructional media management, respectively. 2. The results of comparing the opinions of the administrators and teachers towards the academic affairs administration of the charity schools classified by gender, education level and experience were not different. 3. The results of comparing the opinions of the administrators and teachers towards the academic affairs administration of the charity schools classified by age was statistically significant different at .05 level.
