การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในอำเภอคลองหลวง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1จำแนกตามเพศ อายุราชการ และระดับการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูของโรงเรียนในอำเภอกล่องหลวง จำนวน 108 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม มีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าที(t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1\. ความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในอำเภอคลองหลวง โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2\. ครูที่มีเพศต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในอำเภอคลองหลวง โดยภาพรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ครูมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการ ในด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร ด้านการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ ด้านการพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยี และด้านการพัฒนาระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านอื่น ครูมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการ ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3\. ครูที่มีอายุราชการต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในอำเภอคลองหลวง โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน 4\. ครูที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในอำเภอคลองหลวง โดยภาพรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ครูมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการในด้านการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ ด้านการวัดผล ประเมินผลและเทียบโอนผลการศึกษา และด้านการพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยี แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการ ในด้านอื่น ครูมีความคิดเห็น ไม่แตกต่างกัน
The objectives of this research were to study and to compare the opinions of teachers on academic affairs administration of schools, classified by gender, official age and education level. The sample was 108 teachers of schools in Khlongluang District. Research instrument was 5-level rating scale of questionnaire which reliability was .98. The statistics for analyzing data were frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and t-test. The results were as follows: 1. The opinions of teachers on academic affairs administration of schools, in the overall and in the each aspect were at a high level. 2. The opinions of teachers on academic affairs administration of schools different genders, in the overall was statistically significant different at .05 level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the opinions of teachers of different genders on academic affairs administration of schools each aspect of curriculum development, learning development, development of innovation media and technology, and development of internal quality assurance systems of school, were statistically significant different at the .05 level. As for the other aspect were no different. 3. The opinions of teachers on academic affairs administration of schools different official ages, in the overall and each aspect were no different. 4. The opinions of teachers had different education level on academic affairs administration of schools in overall was statistically significant different at the .05 level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the opinions of teachers had different education level on academic affairs administration of schools learning development, measurement evaluation and transfer of grades, and development of innovation media and Technology aspect, were statistically significant different at the .05 level. As for academic affairs administration in the others aspect were no different.
