การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำของครูในโรงเรียนพื้นที่เกาะจังหวัดตราด จำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูโรงเรียนพื้นที่เกาะ จังหวัดตราด จำนวน 127 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ เป็นแบบสอบถาม มีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตรประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) มี 5 ระดับ คือ มากที่สุด มาก ปานกลาง น้อยและน้อยที่สุด มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบสมมติฐาน คือ t-test ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ พบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำของครูในโรงเรียนกลุ่มพื้นที่เกาะ จังหวัดตราด ในภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำของครูในโรงเรียนพื้นที่เกาะจังหวัดตราด จำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน พบว่า 2.1 ครูที่มีเพศต่างกัน มีภาวะผู้นำโดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าครูที่มีเพศต่างกัน มีภาวะผู้นำแบบมุ่งความสัมพันธ์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนภาวะผู้นำแบบอื่น ๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน 2.2 ครูที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มีภาวะผู้นำโดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน 2.3 ครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกัน มีภาวะผู้นำโดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกัน มีภาวะผู้นำแบบใช้อิทธิพลด้านอุดมการณ์และแบบการกระตุ้นการใช้ปัญญาแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนภาวะผู้นำแบบอื่น ๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this research were 1) to study teachers' leadership in schools of islands area, Trad province and 2) to compare the teachers' leadership in schools of islands area, Trat Province classified by gender, education level and work experiences. Sample was 127 teachers in schools of Islands area in Trad province. Research instrument used in this research was 32 items, 5-level rating scale of questionnaire with reliability was .94. The statistics for analyzing data were frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation and t-test. The results were as follows: 1\. Teachers' leadership in schools of Island area in Trad province, in overall and in each aspect were at a high level. 2\. The results of comparison on the teachers' leadership in schools islands area classified by gender, education level and work experiences, as follows: 2.1 Leadership of teachers have genders different found that in overall was a statistically significant different at the .05 level. When considering each aspect, it was found that teachers' leadership on Relationship-oriented were statistically significant different at the .05 level. As for the other aspects were no different. 2.2 Teachers' leadership have different education level in overall and in each aspect were no different. 2.3 Teachers' leadership have different work experience in overall were statistically significant different at the .05 level. When considering each aspect, it was found that teachers' leadership on Ideological Influence and Intellectual Stimulation were statistically significant different at the .05 level. As for the other aspects were no different.
