การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและเปรียบเทียบการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ โดยเน้นเด็กเป็นสำคัญ โดยจำแนกตามเพศ วุฒิการศึกษา ตำแหน่งหน้าที่ และประสบการณ์การทำงานกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนแอ๊ดเวนตีสเอกมัย กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 35 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ Non parametric Test แบบ Mann-Whitney U และ Kruskal-Wallis H ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้โดยเน้นเด็กเป็นสำคัญของโรงเรียนแอ๊ดเวนตีสเอกมัยกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับน้อย 2. ครูที่มีเพศต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นสภาพการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้โดยเน้นเด็กเป็นสำคัญของโรงเรียนแอ๊ดเวนตีสเอกมัย กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่มีด้านการสร้างหลักสูตรที่เหมาะสม และด้านการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ของเด็ก แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาที่ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้โดยเน้นเด็กเป็นสำคัญของโรงเรียนแอ๊ดเวนตีสเอกมัย กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 4. ครูที่มีตำแหน่งหน้าที่ที่ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้โดยเน้นเด็กเป็นสำคัญของโรงเรียนแอ๊ดเวนตีสเอกมัย สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 5. ครูที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้โดยเน้นเด็กเป็นสำคัญของโรงเรียนแอ๊ดเวนตีสเอกมัย สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่มีด้านการสร้างหลักสูตรที่เหมาะสมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
This research aimed to study and compare a state of learning experience by child-centered classified by gender, educational background, Position and work experience. The sample was 35 teachers at Adventist Ekkamai School. The instrument used to collect data was questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were the Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis H Non parametric Test. The finding revealed that; 1. The state of learning experience by child centered of Adventist Ekkamai School, Bangkok in overall and each aspect were at a low level. 2. Teachers' different genders have opinions on the state of learning experience by child centered of Adventist Ekkamai School. Bangkok in overall no different, but create a suitable curriculum and the creation of a conducive learning environment for children was statistically significant different at the .05 level. 3. Teachers' different educational background have opinions on the state of learning experience by child centered of Adventist Ekkamai School, Bangkok in overall and each aspect were no different. 4. Teachers' different position have opinions on the state of learning experience by child centered of Adventist Ekkamai School, Bangkok in overall and each aspect were no different. 5. Teachers' different work experience have opinions on the state of learning experience by child centered of Adventist Ekkamai School, Bangkok in overall no different, but create a suitable curriculum statistically significant difference at the .05 level.
