การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อคุณลักษณะ ที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาวิทยาลัยเทคนิคดอนเมือง กรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ใน การวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูวิทยาลัยเทคนิคดอนเมือง กรุงเทพมหานคร ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 73 คน จากการสุ่มขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากตารางสำเร็จรูปของ เครจซี; และ มอร์แกน (Krejcie; & Morgan) และทำการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบ มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .92 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูล ใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( X ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที่ (t-test) แบบ Independent และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการเปรียบเทียบพหุคูณโดยวิธีของ Scheffe' ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1\. ความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา วิทยาลัย เทคนิคดอนเมือง กรุงเทพมหานคร ทั้ง 5 ด้าน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ( X = 4.20) โดยด้านภาวะผู้นำ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านความรู้ ด้านบุคลิกภาพ ด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม และด้านทักษะการบริหาร ตามลำดับ 2\. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีเพศต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นของครูต่อคุณลักษณะ ที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาวิทยาลัยเทคนิคดอนเมือง กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมและ รายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 3\. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็น ของครูต่อคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาวิทยาลัยเทคนิคดอนเมือง กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ .05
The purposes of this research were to study and compare teachers' opinions on the desirable characteristics of school administrators at Donmuang Technical College, Bangkok. The sample in this research was 73 Donmuang Technical College teachers in academic year 2020. The sample size was randomized from the ready-made tables of Krejcie; & Morgan and simple random sampling. The research instrument was 5 rating-scale questionnaire with the confidence value was .92. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean ($\bar{X}$), and Standard Deviation (S.D.), t-test, One-way ANOVA and tested the double difference using the Scheffe' method. The findings revealed that; 1. The desirable characteristics of the school administrators according to the opinions of the teachers at Donmueang Technical College, Bangkok in overall and each aspects were at a high level ($\bar{X} = 4.20$) by average max was leadership and inferior knowledge, personality, virtue ethics, and administrative skills respectively. 2. The results of comparing opinions of teachers have different gender, there were opinions on the desirable characteristics of the school administrators at the Donmuang Technical College, Bangkok in overall and each aspects not different. 3. The results of comparing opinions of teachers have different work experiences, there were teachers' opinions on the desirable characteristics of the school administrators at the Donmuang Technical College, Bangkok in overall and each aspects statistically significant different at .01 and .05 level.
