การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมาบตาพุดพันพิทยาคาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การสอน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในโรงเรียนมาบตาพุดพันพิทยาคาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 97 คน โดยวิธีการแบบสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple random sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบสมมติฐาน คือ ค่าที (t-test) (Independent sample) และค่าเอฟ (F test) ผลการวิจัยปรากฏ ดังนี้ 1\. ความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมาบตาพุดพันพิทยาคาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2\. ความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนมาบตาพุดพันพิทยาคาร สังกัดสำนักงานสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การสอน ดังนี้ 2.1 ครูที่มีเพศต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน ทั้ง 8 ด้าน โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน 2.2 ครูที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน ทั้ง 8 ด้าน โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน 2.3 ครูที่มีประสบการณ์การสอนต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน ทั้ง 8 ด้าน โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน
The objectives of this research were to study and to compare the opinions of teachers towards the academic affairs administration of Mabtaputphanpittayakhan School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 classified by gender, education level and teaching experience. The sample was 97 teachers of Mabtaputphanpittayakhan School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 in academic year 2020. Research instrument was 5-level Rating Scale of questionnaire with reliability was .97. The statistics for analyzing data were frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test (Independent sample) and F-test. The results were as follows: 1\. The opinions of teachers towards the academic affairs administration of Mabtaputphanpittayakhan School in under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 in overall and each aspect were at a high level. 2\. The opinions of teachers towards the academic affairs administration of Mabtaputphanpittayakhan School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 classified by gender, education level and teaching experience, as follows: 2.1 The opinions towards the academic affairs administration of Mabtaputphan pittayakhan School of teachers of different genders in the overall was no different. 2.2 The opinions towards the academic affairs administration of Mabtaputphan pittayakhan School of teachers of different education level, in the overall was no different. 2.3 The opinions towards the academic affairs administration of Mabtaputphan pittayakhan School of teachers of different teaching experience in overall was no different.
