การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้และเปรียบเทียบแนวทางการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มโรงเรียนเครือข่ายเมือง 3 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอำนาจเจริญ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนจำนวน 155 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1\. การศึกษาแนวทางการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา ในกลุ่มโรงเรียนเครือข่ายเมือง 3 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอำนาจเจริญ ระดับการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านมีการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการวางแผน รองลงมา คือ การตรวจสอบ ติดตามการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ ด้านการดำเนินงานและการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ และด้านการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาการบริหารแหล่งเรียนรู้ 2\. ผลการเปรียบเทียบแนวทางการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มโรงเรียนเครือข่ายเมือง 3 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอำนาจเจริญ จำแนกตามตำแหน่งและประสบการณ์ทำงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา ในภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
The objective of this research was to study the guidelines for the use of learning resources and compare the guidelines for the use of learning resources Network School Group Mueang 3 under AmnatCharoen Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by personal factors The samples used in this research were school administrators and teachers on 155. The research instrument was a questionnaire, a 5-level estimation, The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and One-way ANOVA The finding revealed that; 1. A study of guidelines for the use of learning resources of educational institutions In the Network School Group Mueang 3 under AmnatCharoen Primary Educational Service Area Office in overall was at the highest level. When considering each aspect found that in all aspects, opinions were at the highest level; the side with the highest average was planning, followed by the evaluation and monitoring usage of learning resources, in the operations and usage of learning resources, and improvement and development of learning resources management. 2. The comparison use of the learning resources of schools Network School Group Mueang 3 under Amnatcharoen Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by positions and work experience different had the opinions towards the use of learning resources of schools in overall and every aspect were no different.
